How long does it take to see results?

Are there any side effects?
Rupurva uses 100% natural ingredients with no known side effects when taken as directed. If you experience any unusual reaction, stop use and consult a doctor.
Is Rupurva vegetarian?
Yes. Rupurva is 100% vegetarian and made from plant‑based ingredients. It contains no animal‑derived components.
Order & Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track it on our Track Order page or directly on the courier’s website (Delhivery, FedEx, Shiprocket).
What is the delivery time?
Typically 3-7 business days for domestic orders (India). International orders may take 15-30 days depending on customs clearance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary. Please check our shipping policy or contact support for details.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and video. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I changed my mind?
No. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Change‑of‑mind returns are not eligible.
How do I request a return?

How long does the refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. The total timeline is typically 7-14 business days from reporting.
Growth Consultations
What is included in the Growth Potential Assessment?
A 30‑minute 1‑on‑1 session with a specialist covering your growth stage, genetics, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle. You receive a personalised action plan.
Is the consultation online or in‑person?
All consultations are conducted online via video call (Zoom/Google Meet) for your convenience.
Can I book a consultation for my child?
Yes, parents can book on behalf of their children (aged 8+). The specialist will guide the parent and child together.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Later cancellations may not be refunded.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
Email us at privacy@rupurva.in with your account email. We will delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and PCI‑DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card details.
