We keep account information while you are a customer and for 2 years after closure.

Order information is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

Email communications are kept for 3 years.

Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months, depending on platform settings.

Payment information is not retained by Rupurva and is handled by the payment gateway.

To request deletion, email privacy@rupurva.in. We respond within 30 days.

You may request access to the data we hold about you. We will provide a copy free of charge within 30 days where applicable.

You may request correction of inaccurate information through your account settings or by contacting us.

You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
